Proper residential irrigation installation, operation and maintenance helps you do your part in conserving water, our most valuable natural resource, reducing erosion – and saving money – all while having a beautiful landscape.
We design, install, maintain, upgrade and repair irrigation systems, winterize your sprinkler system, and inspect and startup your system in the spring. All to keep your landscape healthy.
Our business principles are simple: provide you, the client, not only with a properly working irrigation system, a memorable service experience, but also an education regarding a more efficient and responsible water use program for your landscape.
Water resources, always precious in the West, are slowly disappearing, and one consequence is that the cost of water continues to rise. Learning to utilize our precious resources more responsibly and economically will allow us to continue to enjoy the benefits of a lush and green landscape. This can be done by paying greater attention to irrigation systems – by routine maintenance and upgrading to using modern, efficient materials and equipment that will improve water efficiency, using less water for the same results.
Technology changes every day and we can provide you with easy to use, remotely accessible, weather-dependent, and other features that make conserving water and having a beautiful landscape synonymous.

If you have an automatic sprinkler system in the Denver area, add October 1, 2026 to your calendar. Because of worsening drought conditions, Denver Water has formally set an end to the 2026 lawn-watering season. Beginning October 1, watering grass and using spray (sprinkler) irrigation systems are prohibited under the new drought restrictions. Trees, shrubs and perennials may still be watered by hand or with qualifying low-volume, non-spray irrigation.
For homeowners with in-ground irrigation systems, that makes this a good time to schedule sprinkler winterization.
